(More customer reviews)There is a serious malfunction with this item. I bought one at Kohl's and it worked fine on the residual charge that it had out of the box. I then left it in the charging cradle as instructed. Once it was fully charged, it stopped working all together. The power button did not function. So, I took it back to Kohl's and exchanged it for the same item. The same thing happened again. Unfortunately, Sharper Image doesn't respond to warranties anymore since they went bankrupt. If you buy this and it doesn't work, all you can do is take it back.
