(More customer reviews)I'm sort of clumsy and after dropping my razor a few times, I ended up damaging the head to the point of failure. I ordered a replacement head and it appears to operate and shave smoother than before. Interestingly enough, your Norelco razor manual suggests replacing the head at least once a year-whether just to make money off of unneccesary replacement or b/c research shows a need for it I can't say. If your razor has gotten a little on the "burning" side and you've already replaced the blades, try replacing the head and see what happens.
