(More customer reviews)I have used Norelco shavers all my life. I bought this one because I didn't want all the new fangled, fancy gadgetry that's showing up on the better (higher priced) ones. I have two issues with this shaver. 1) The batteries only last 2 to 3 days, which makes it a pain to have to recharge so often. 2) Even though I used it for three months, (to get my face use to it) it still grabs at the whiskers and tries to pull them out by the roots. This was not an isolated incident, and I tried replacing the blades with no difference. These two problems were enough to make me get new blades for my old shaver and give this one away.
