(More customer reviews)I've owned this Norelco shaver for one year. It does have a wonderful flexible head and will give a very close shave if used daily. I'm retired and shave approx 3 times per week. If growth is longer than 2 days you must augment with a non electric shaver in the shower. I am going to retire this unit and move on. The major problem is the design does not allow for a lot of beard to be retained in the head thus I end up with hair over my upper torso because of limted capacity. This inspite of washing after every use.
